Products

We use the same finishes for the majority of our range. However, due to differing manufacturing processes and different batches, some finishes may vary between items.

If you'd like to confirm a finish or match different items from our range, please email us at info@passiointeriors.com.au to double check before placing an order to avoid any disappointment.

Our brass products are heat-treated and double coated with premium lacquer to ensure their finish stays in top condition for as long as possible.

Provided you follow our care instructions, you can expect the finish to remain unchanged for many years to come.

We understand the need to see products before placing a larger quantity order.

Therefore, we recommend you purchase a single piece of the item you're interested in to confirm its suitability for your project.

Passio Interiors guarantee our entire range against defects, subject to fair wear and tear within the normal use period of the product, and as long as the product has been installed, used and maintained correctly.

Ordering

There are 2 ways to place an order:

1. Via the website:

Add the item(s) that you want to your shopping cart by using the "Add to cart" or "Pre-order" button. When you have finished, proceed to your shopping cart at the top right corner of the page. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your purchase and proceeding with payment.

2. Via email:

Send us an email along with your contact and order details to sales@passiointeriors.com.au. We'll contact you with an invoice for your order.

You're able to cancel an order if the order has not been dispatched. A 5% administration fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

Please check carefully before placing an order.

Once an order is successfully placed, we will automatically send you an acknowledgement message to the email you provided at checkout.

Please check your spam and junk folders if you can't find your order confirmation in your primary mailbox. Alternatively, send an email to info@passiointeriors.com.au and we will assist you further.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Standard shipping on all New Zealand orders is $33.

Standard shipping on all international orders is $46.

Please note that you are responsible for any duties and taxes payable.

Within Australia, we offer free shipping on orders equal to or exceeding $250.

Within Australia, all orders under $250 will incur a flat shipping rate of $13.

We aim to process all orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After dispatch, please allow 10-12 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, for your order to arrive.
